Quality Policy
New Epimed S.Ltd Management has chosen as a means of its continuous growth a clearly determined Quality Policy. It is through this Quality Policy, that the commitment of the Management is expressed towards the provision of products and services of standard quality. The Management is taking the necessary steps so that the Quality Policy of the Company covers both the organization needs and the customers’ expectations. The Management, also, modifies or updates this policy with a view to continuous improvement of the Organization.
The key elements of the Quality Policy based on which all the actions of the Organization are set, consist of the following:
- To successfully provide and maintain the quality of products and services, as discussed with its customers, by using the best available technology and its excellent know how in the cadre of the organization’s financial potentials.
- To store and distribute products according to the applicable specifications, while emphasis will be being given to the storing and safety conditions.
- To keep the commitments made withing the agreed timeframe and conditions.
- To inform its clients and program the improvements needed quality wise, based on the feedback coming back from the customers themselves.
- To ensure constant and thorough training and thorough education of all of the organization staff, so that they develop a quality consciousness and engagement in their work.
- To put continuous effort to minimize the complaints coming from customers as well as non-compliant services
- To notify, inform and share the organization’s policy with all interested parts
- To comply with the legal and regulatory requirements with regards to its scope of business, especially with the Regulations (EU) 2017/745 & 2017/2046 of the European Parliament and of the Council and their amendments.
- To comply with the requirement of the ISO 9001:2015 και ISO 13485:2016 standards that the Company maintains
The continuous improvement and reinforcement of the sincere and constructive relationship with our customers is a primary goal of the organization. Our pursuit is to deliver to our collaborators the best possible customer services, information and training.
The organization’s commitment is to keep meeting the customers’ requirements with a view to quality and safety and for this reason the organization is making available all the material and human resources available to meet this goal.
